Anna Henrietta is one of the small characters in The Witcher 3: Wild Huntwho makes a huge impact on the game.
Witcher 3 is famous for its depictions of romance, adult relationships, and everything else implied by that phrase. We'll show you who you can romance, and how to do it.
Which characters can you romance in blood and wine?
Similarly to Hearts of Stone, Blood and Wine offers only a single possible romance, though you might argue it's barely worthy of the term: Syanna, the scheming mastermind behind the game's central mystery. While you can't form a proper relationship with Syanna like you might with Yennefer or Triss, you can have a brief night of passion, more comparable to your time with Keira Metz in the base game.
Your opportunity to spend a brief night with Syanna comes during the quest "Beyond Hill and Dale," after climbing the beanstalk and killing the cloud giant. Syanna asks Geralt to "fulfil her last wish," a euphemism for… well, exactly what you think. As Geralt you can either agree or decline this particular invitation, but it's your one chance for any sort of tryst with the duchesses' sister.
Witcher 3 blood and wine romances
You'd think it would, but no, mainly because Geralt isn't really the focus of the plot or any of the other character's core motivations. Syanna wants to kill Anna, Anna wants to kill Dettlaff, and Dettlaff is basically just confused and angry most of the time.
Geralt is just stuck in the middle of this vengeance triangle because he was hired to be there, so any physical relationship you have with Syanna won't change the basic plot or what any of them want to achieve. Of course, if you want Geralt to form longer-lasting relationships, check out how our full guide to the base game's romances.

Turns out Nintendo had another card up its sleeve.
A card with, uh… with dice on it. How Familiars.
Nearly five years on, Eric "ConcernedApe" Barone just pushed what he says is Stardew's "biggest update yet. Warning: the following contains some plot spoilers for Blood and Wine.
