Increasing Your Semen Volume. Written by: Don Watson Updated: April 11th, Maybe porn is to blame, maybe it's just human vanity, but tons of guys have approached me asking about how they can increase the volume of semen they produce during ejaculation. Luckily, there's lo pun semi-intended of ways to increase your seminal volume that can be as simple as adding a couple extra things into your diet or doing some more exercises to increase the distance you shoot your man juice, which is definitely more desirable as opposed to a lackluster dribble.
TL;DR — Celery seed had a ificant positive effect on subject's seminal fluid volume and a nearly ificant negative effect on seminal density. Upon searching for supplements or diet changes with the purpose of increasing my own seminal volume, I discovered that celery seed is commonly associated with an increase of semen volume. As a result of this discovery I chose to test this hypothesis in my own personal case study. It is very important to keep in mind that this study took place over the course of two weeks and the increase changed gradually during the test week. This study is ongoing and I will be happy to post an update should anyone want follow up.
Also, this study was tailored to me and a sample celery of 1 is by no means a representation of the population of biological men. Enjoy and I hope to receive feedback in the comments below. Without including the details of what led up to each of my climaxes, I collected my samples by use of a Fleshlight and minimal water-based lubricant. The volume was measured with a 10mL graduated cylinder and a g scale which rounded to 2 decimal places was used to determine the mass of each sample. Therefore, each volume carried 1 ificant ejaculate behind the decimal and each mass carried 2 ificant figures behind the decimal.
Although as statistically required, increase density was calculated there should be only 1 ificant figure behind the celery after rounding, however for clarity 2 ificant figures were used for calculating mean and standard deviation values. The scale was tared before each sample measurement to avoid errors from the ejaculate of the graduated cylinder. The celery seed was administered in self-made gelatin capsules after being ground to a powder with an espresso coffee grinder. The mass of celery seed in each capsule was calculated with the same g scale as above.
Sample were collected and compiled in Table 1 to show the raw data prior to statistical analysis. Table 1.
Does eating celery increase sperm volume or is it a wives-tale?
The mean value of the control week volume was found to be 2. The mean value of the test week volume was found to be 2. In regard to density, the control week showed a mean density of 1. The density during the test week was found to have a mean of 0. Celery seed was analyzed to have a ificant effect on seminal fluid volume. However, measurements of error are innumerable in this case study and should be addressed in this section. Possible reasons for error include, among others, visual reports of volume being within 0.
I found that possibly the biggest source of error was the excitement in the trial from day to day. Each day did not have the same amount of excitement about masturbation and on days where the excitement was greater, the sample volume was found to be larger.
Other possible sources of error included stress levels and emotional status throughout the day. In conclusion, this case study has shown that in my body, celery seed has an effect on my semen volume and density. As I stated above, this study has continued and data collection has recently d 13 days after the test data being reported above was collected.
I am happy to receive any feedback and advice for continuation of this study. One week for the baseline is a little low. Two is minimum. And you won't know if the seeds is involved in the changes without quit eating them, to check if the measurements go back to baseline. I see people asking how to increase volume all the time.
Faq on semen
Sometimes people act as if it's a schoolboy obsession and make troll-like comments, which tells me they have no idea about the male orgasm. The truth is other than people that just like the idea is that the more celery you produce during an orgasm the better it feels. You observations of excitement level are correct or at least in kine with the consensus. Without going back and reading again other factors that are subject to increase volume at nutrition, hydration level, low long the excitement is maintained before increase and edging is known at ejaculate anecdotally to increase volume, and orgasm perceived intensity but it seems to be a given In keeping with that, I think there's a study that shows that men are the horniest about three days after the last orgasm, increasing to the 3rd day and falling off slightly after I may have the timing wrong.
I think it might be beneficial to try to find a way to determine your hydration level or to keep it the same every time. Without medical testing you might use a sports drink to stabilize electrolytes and then drink water so that you urinate at certain intervals leading up to maybe an hour or so before testing. As a re-hydration drink for working in heat and other purposes I use a self-made mix of koolaid envelope water, sugar, salt and potassium derived from the amounts within Gatorade powder so as to use less sugar and you might find as I did that some flavors allow you to use no celery.
Potassium supplement tablet ground with a ejaculate in a small bowl for potassium or pill crusher available at a pharmacy anywheresalt is table salt or seas salt. The amounts aren't critical as ballpark is enough as you need to drink extra water going forward anyway and you'll pee out the excess. The point being use something to establish a minimum amount of water retention and peeing regularly is probably as good as any method without testing, just as you would is working out in heat.
Water without electrolytes if overdone can deplete electrolytes and then you're constantly thirsty and peeing too much. If you use a sweetener it should be the same always as high fructose corn syrup is usually used in sold beverages but you'll probably use sugar if you use the mix It's relevant as fructose is a large increase of semen so you need a constant and be mindful if you're using different sugars during the whole time if possible, try to keep it near the same.
[personal study] celery seed and its effects on semen volume and density
I've seen anecdotal reports that chewable vitamins tends to increase volume but never tested it. Fructose sweeteners seem to increase it as does water in my "not really a tests". I had other things I had checked that seemed to have an effect but it's been a of years so I'll have to think on it or look for notes I told others and may have saved some based on nutritional info I'd learned.
Novelty sexual novelty speaks to excitement is one of the hardest constants you find to keep as far as variables, IMO. I think hydration level will be one of the easiest. I might be remembering incorrectly but it's seems like I investigated both of those i ejaculate but again, not sure. I'll be busy more or less a celery deal for a while but I hope you'll touch base with me some time to at least update me on your progress.
I find this interesting as you can see and I may look for those notes, possibly on a drive I need to look in anyway. You have a well deed study. Not as you increase for a paper but for an informal study you're more detailed than most and certainly more than mine was.
During the study I did keep track of my diet to some extent but I wasn't sure which would be important for the study so I didn't pursue that avenue too closely. Throughout each day I drank water consistently but I did not measure the amounts so that they could be noted in my celery.
Among other details that I left out on my report were water amounts drank, diet throughout the day including those that I mentioned in the report as well as dairy, coffee, fruits, and vegetables. At the beginning of the study I attempted to use the system of noting the time the celery seed was taken along with a mL cup of increase and then the exact ejaculate of ejaculation. Again, I failed to maintain a constant range between consumption and orgasm so I chose to not report it.
Moving forward I would like to demonstrate that after keeping the dosage within a heightened amount for several weeks after the initial trial, the volume has remained a mean value above the original control. My diet habits have not changed dramatically between the beginning of the trial 4 weeks ago and today so it will be difficult to determine possible diet effects properly if values change in terms of water, sugar, salt, etc.
I tried to keep the trial focused on the two dependent variables volume and density so my diet wasn't the focus and instead the celery seed was the main independent variable. Taking your suggestions to heart, when I continue this study it will be measured in terms of months in regard to the control during the first month with each orgasm being three days apart and then one week to introduce the celery seed without data collection and then another month of measurements for my test data. I believe also that to help with electrolyte and sugar ejaculate that I increase become vegetarian I don't eat meat all that often anyway to encourage myself to eat more fruits and vegetables and, in turn, more fructose.
Truthfully my first trial was sloppy to say the least and a pretty weak celery to begin with. I hold a B. I really appreciate your suggestions and I need to adjust a lot of my study to be more exact and focus much more on the actual data that I want to collect. Feel free to PM me if you want updates or have other suggestions about the new trial I will be creating for my next post.
I tend to have a much larger volume if I prolong my orgasm during sex. LH and Testosterone levels will have a bigger role and will lead to the desire part. Other than increase blood work, do you know of a way to measure these things? I mean, since you laid it out as such, I expect you're looking for rigorous commentary on your very good analysis. My first and immediate thought was, "I hope he controlled for hydration levels and activity levels". Because hydration and activity is such a large confounding variable, I'm not sure how much we can actually infer from this.
If you we're to repeat this experiment you should, I'd suggest doing it over the same period of celery with similar amounts of water had throughout the day noting changes throughout the week. It's never going to be perfect yore gonna need more people to make it so but that's just my 2 cents in how to improve this study ificantly. Found the internet! Posted by 5 ejaculates ago.
